1. WHAT WE COLLECT

We collect only the minimum data required to operate this website and communicate with waitlist members.

We do not collect:

• Name, phone number, or physical address.
• Payment information (all transactions are on-chain via your own wallet).
• Browsing behaviour across other websites.
• Device fingerprints or persistent tracking identifiers.

2. COOKIES AND TRACKING

This website uses no third-party analytics, no advertising trackers, and no social media pixels. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any equivalent service.

We may set a single session cookie for functional purposes (e.g. remembering a waitlist confirmation state). No cross-site tracking cookies are set.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR EMAIL

If you submit your email to the waitlist, we will use it only to:

• Notify you when the CaveBro Genesis NFT mint opens.
• Notify you when the $LOCAL presale opens.
• Send critical updates about CaveBro DAO launch events.

We will not sell, rent, share, or disclose your email address to any third party. We will not send marketing emails unrelated to the CaveBro launch. Every email will contain an unsubscribe link.

4. ON-CHAIN DATA

Blockchain transactions are public and permanent by nature. When you mint an NFT, purchase $LOCAL, stake tokens, or burn tokens, your wallet address and transaction details are recorded on the Base blockchain and are publicly visible to anyone. This is a property of the blockchain, not a choice by CaveBro DAO, and cannot be reversed or deleted.

Do not associate a wallet with your real identity if you wish to remain anonymous on-chain.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use a minimal set of third-party infrastructure:

• Email delivery provider — your waitlist email is stored with our email service provider. We choose providers with strong privacy practices and data processing agreements.
• Base RPC nodes — blockchain interactions route through Base RPC providers. These providers may log RPC request metadata.
• Snapshot.org — if you participate in governance voting, Snapshot will process your wallet address and vote data per their own privacy policy.

We do not use any data broker, advertising network, or tracking service.

6. THE APPS

The apps in the CaveBro ecosystem (01Lingu, 01Hush, 01Oneiro, 01Ethos, and any future apps) each publish their own privacy policies. The defining characteristic of all CaveBro ecosystem apps is that AI processing and personal data remain entirely on your device. No app data is transmitted to CaveBro DAO or any third party. Each app's privacy policy will confirm this independently.

7. YOUR RIGHTS (GDPR / APPLICABLE LAW)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — request that inaccurate data be corrected.
• Deletion — request that we delete your personal data (subject to legal retention obligations). Note: on-chain data cannot be deleted.
• Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format.
• Objection — object to processing of your data for certain purposes.
• Withdrawal of consent — unsubscribe from the waitlist at any time.

8. DATA SECURITY

We take reasonable technical measures to protect the data we hold. However, no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and accept no liability for breaches outside our reasonable control.

9. CHILDREN

This website is not directed at persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. If changes are material, we will notify waitlist subscribers by email.
