CaveBro DAO is built on user ownership: open code, user-held keys, no platform lock-in. Each agent in the ecosystem publishes its own privacy policy covering whatever cloud or RPC services it uses. This policy covers only the CaveBro DAO website and its associated services — not the agents themselves.
We collect only the minimum data required to operate this website and communicate with waitlist members.
| Data | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Email address (waitlist) | To notify you when the NFT mint or $CAVE presale opens | Until you unsubscribe or we complete the launch |
| Wallet address (mint/presale) | To send NFTs or token allocations to the correct address | Permanently — on-chain records cannot be deleted |
| Basic server logs (IP, browser, timestamp) | Security and abuse prevention only | 30 days, then deleted |
We do not collect:
This website uses no third-party analytics, no advertising trackers, and no social media pixels. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any equivalent service.
We may set a single session cookie for functional purposes (e.g. remembering a waitlist confirmation state). No cross-site tracking cookies are set.
If you submit your email to the waitlist, we will use it only to:
We will not sell, rent, share, or disclose your email address to any third party. We will not send marketing emails unrelated to the CaveBro launch. Every email will contain an unsubscribe link.
Blockchain transactions are public and permanent by nature. When you mint a Genesis NFT, purchase $CAVE, stake tokens, or burn tokens, your wallet address and transaction details are recorded on Arc and are publicly visible to anyone. This is a property of the blockchain, not a choice by CaveBro DAO, and cannot be reversed or deleted.
Do not associate a wallet with your real identity if you wish to remain anonymous on-chain.
We use a minimal set of third-party infrastructure:
We do not use any data broker, advertising network, or tracking service.
The agents associated with CaveBro DAO (Hedgents and Registrai as ecosystem projects built by the founding team, and any future agents admitted by governance vote) each publish their own privacy policies. The defining characteristic of every CaveBro ecosystem agent is that it is user-owned: open code, user-held keys, and no platform lock-in. No agent transmits user data to CaveBro DAO. Each agent's privacy policy will confirm this independently, including any cloud or RPC services the agent itself relies on.
